For my birthday a few months back I received a kettlebell weight. does anyone know any good exercises for toning tummies?

How heavy?
Mason Twist: balance on your butt. Grab the ball. Touch it to the left of your hip (on the floor), then touch right of your hip. Do it about 20 times.
Most ab workouts don’t need a weight

Kettlebells are great! Most of the exercises for them, while they target certain areas, actually work the whole core–which includes the tum-tum.
You’ll need to get another, equal weight kettlebell. An exercise manual should come with it, but if not look up kettlebells for stomach toning online at sites like YouTube and VideoJug.

believe it or not exercises like the squat, lunge(arms extended overhead), swing & high pull are great for strengthening your core(abs, low back, hips, & glutes)

Exercises like the swing, snatch, & turkish getups are good for strengthening your core(abs, low back, hips, & glutes).
