  6. mromis07 says:

    this video would be …
this video would be much more effective if the man can perform a squat thrust the right way.. ive been training with kettlebells for 4 years and this guy is horseshit

  7. qnsboxer422 says:

    dumbbells are …
dumbbells are barbells are weight training and resistance training, lol. and you do not need any machines, machines are for old woman and disabled people. remember most people who use kettlebells are NOT bodybuilders. it is mostly used as a conditioning tool for athletes. i have been studying exercise science, kinesiology, and physiology for years so don’t tell me to look anything up..

  8. qnsboxer422 says:

    yeah and thats why …
yeah and thats why kettlebells are good because theres hundreds of exercises you can do with them. and if you dont think you can get a max strength workout for your legs try doing pistol squats with a 100+ lb kettlebell and see if u get passed 3 reps.

  9. Xadreos says:

    Another thing, I …
Another thing, I never said dumbbells and barbells were sufficient on their own. They need to be combined with weights training, machine training, resistance training, you name it. That’s the only way you can fully develop your body, and if you disagree with the science behind your body building resistance to a certain exercise after a while, go look it up.

  10. Xadreos says:

    Dude, no one …
Dude, no one excercise is capable of fully training the entire body. Your body eventually builds up resistance to it, your muscles are of different shapes, sizes and densities, and your legs aren’t necessarily being trained that much when it is your arms that carry the kettle bells. The average human’s legs are at least 3 times stronger than their arms, and if you think a few little kettlbells are sufficient training for that, you’re out of your mind.

  11. qnsboxer422 says:

    also, i dont …
also, i dont understand what u mean when u say that that u can not train the triceps and hamstrings with kettlebells. u can do any exercise with a kettlebell that u can do with a dumbbell AND MORE. u can bench press kettlebells, shoulder press them, deadlift, squat, floor press them, etc. and if u really wanted to you can do things like tricep extensions bicep curls and other isolation exercises. kettlebells are simple another tool, just like barbells and dumbbells.

    Sorry but you are …
Sorry but you are completely incorrect – not to be rude :) I agree with Danrt2′s comments – I have trained in gyms for 12 yrs and for the last 12 months under NZ mma/jujitsu silver medalist using KBs and they are the real deal. Suggest you try it – learn swing/turkish getup & snatches and try it for a couple of weeks you will amaze yourself with the results.

  24. originaljigglypuff says:

    you could always …
you could always try a 200# one armed deadlift with a kettle bell, but 50-75# one handed with enough reps might just get you what your looking for. remember this video is a sample…just a thought…

  25. statementz says:

    That’s why you …
That’s why you don’t use the kettlebell exclusively. You do other training in addition to the kettlebell. Besides, the kettlebell is not really a bodybuilder split-routine type of workout equipment.
